Timothy Stokes joins Tax and Commerical team
November 09: Lynch Meyer welcomes Timothy Stokes into its Tax and Commercial team. Timothy advises large, medium and small entities with respect to their obligations under the Federal and various state taxation systems.
He also advises on the commercial and taxation aspects of sales and acquisitions of businesses, and the disposal of assets in the case of sale or liquidation.
Timothy has experience in formulating complex estate planning and asset protection strategies, establishing and advising charitable institutions, as well as estblishing tax and commercially effective business structures.
