Form 1 Statements are complex and time consuming and they must be accurate. If incorrect:
- the cooling off period is available to the purchaser before, and for two clear business days after a correct form 1 is provided; and
- if a contract has settled but the vendor's Form 1 is inaccurate, then the purchaser can seek compensation for any loss incurred due to receiving an incorrect Form 1.

Price
Our fees for this service are, per property:
Residential: $800.00 excluding GST
Commercial: $1,500.00 excluding GST
Note: Disbursements for all statutory searches are payable upon submission of instructions.
Upfront disbursement costs: $285.00 excluding GST (plus $10 for an urgent council search and $15 for a community strata search)
Service Guarantees
- All statutory searches will be ordered within 24 hours of receipt of our Instruction Form.
- The Form 1 will be sent to you on the next working day after our receipt of the complete statutory searches and the vendor's responses to our questionnaire.

We will then order the statutory searches and send you a Form 1 Vendor Questionnaire within 24 hours. We will also debit the upfront disbursement costs from your credit card.
When you receive the questionnaire:
- Complete it and have the vendor sign it
- Return it to us
When we receive the statutory searches and completed questionnaire, we will prepare the Form 1 and deliver it to you the following working day.
