Our fee structure:
Domestic Properties
- On a Sale Price or consideration amount up to $500,000 there is a conveyancing fee of $400 plus GST and a $50 plus GST Mortgage Liasion fee (for each mortgage to be discharged or secured).
- On a Sale Price or consideration amount from $500,000 to $1,000,000 there is a conveyancing fee of $600 plus GST and a $50 plus GST Mortgage Liasion fee (for each mortgage to be discharged or secured).
- On a Sale Price or consideration amount over 1,000,000 the conveyancing fee is $700 plus GST and a $50 plus GST Mortgage Liasion fee (for each mortgage to be discharged or secured).
Commercial Properties
- The conveyancing fee is from $700 plus GST - please ask us to provide a fee quote.
- Fees include all facsimile and photocopying charges, but do not include disbursements.
